Short Biography

Professor YIN Xiaoping was born in 1962, in Gongzhuling City, Jilin Province, China. He graduated from the former Jilin Institute of Finance and Trade in 1986 with a bachelor's degree and stayed as a teacher; in 1991, he graduated from the Japan Institute of Jilin University with a major in Japanese economics and stayed as a teacher; in 1999 he graduated with a Ph.D. from Jilin University The Northeast Asian Studies College majored in World Economics and has stayed at the school until now.

Research Interest

Since the 1990s, he has been teaching and researching world economic theory, Japanese economy, and Northeast Asian regional economy at the Japan Research Institute and Northeast Asian Studies College of Jilin University.

For a long time, he mainly teaches the degree course "World Economic Theory" for postgraduates majoring in world economics; and teaches courses such as "World Economic Theory Topics" and "International Finance Topics" for doctoral students. At the same time, scientific research has been carried out in areas such as Japan's industrial economy, Japanese industrial policy, and Japanese industrial competitiveness, and certain results have been achieved.
